Covington Cavaliers

Covington has bred or owned over 35 AKC Champions and 12 CKCSC-USA Champions, 10 of which are homebred. These include the 2002 & 2003 National Specialty Best In Show winners and the 2002 & 2007 National Specialty Best In Show & Reserve Best In Show winners. Covington is the only American breeder in the history of the breed to have won two consecutive National Specialties with dogs of their own breeding. Even more laudable is the fact that these high honors were awarded to bitches, an unusual occurrence.

After a 3-day sweep to his Championship at the Bay Area Cavalier Specialty and the prestigious Del Valle Kennel Club dog show in 2005, Sidney returns to the ring, "flying high" in 2007 for his specials career.
