As members in good standing with the National
American Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club, and the National
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Club-USA, we are bound to all
established bylaws & codes of ethics in ethical breeding practices &
conduct. Our dogs are dual registered in the AKC & CKCSC-USA and all
breeding stock is health tested. Only select breedings take place here at Covington, with the objective of producing quality dogs that are a contribution to the beauty and longevity of the breed and without compromise to health or temperament. Our hope is that each breeding done, will produce promising puppies that we can move forward with here at Covington. However, we can’t keep them all, thus there are often lovely puppies that need placement in wonderful homes in which they can be a special family member. |

| Our puppies are raised in our home & are members
of “our” family. We don’t force weaning, only encourage it, and
allow the Mother & puppies to determine the best time. Mothers are
never separated completely from their babies during this crucial
time of learning and socialization. Puppies are using a doggy door by
8 weeks of age making house breaking in your home much easier for
both you and puppy.
Puppies never leave for their new homes sooner than 11-12 weeks of age as Cavalier puppies tend to mature slowly and are not ready to transition prior to that. |

All puppies are sold with a written sales agreement including a limited guarantee and a Spay Neuter clause. They will be current on vaccinations and wormings and have a written wellness exam, performed by a veterinarian. Puppies are Micro chipped with an AVID chip. Health clearances, registrations & pedigrees on both parents will also be provided. We will fund and handle all registrations and transfers in the both AKC and CKCSC-USA for you. | ||
